Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Your order will ship within 1-2 business days of being processed
If you order an item that is listed as “preorder” this can take up to 14 business days to ship out as these items are made to order.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Local delivery
Free local delivery or meet up, is available for orders over within 20 miles. Just select local pick up at check out .
International Shipping
We offer international shipping to the following countries: Canada
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Forgotten Traditions is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 5-7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at forgottentraditionstallow@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Shipping to P.O. Boxes
UPS and Fedex are carrier options. They may not deliver to a PO Box. Please verify before selecting at check out.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
We do not accept returns or give refunds for our candles or body care products (whips, bath bombs, bath soaks, scrubs,) due to sanitary issues and financial costs all sales are final and customers are purchasing at their own discretion and risk
All digital item sales are final and cannot be refunded If you have an issue with your download please let us know and we will do everything possible to ensure you are able to receive and access it.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at forgottentraditionstallow@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
